Our Process
PLANNING
Our process begins with a detailed planning phase to discuss your project goals and requirements. During this stage, our team will review your part’s intended application, functional specifications, and material preferences, including thermoplastics or other resins suitable for the job.
Prototyping
Prototyping transforms concepts into reality. This stage includes the development of precision molds, either through CNC machining or other advanced tooling processes. We may also use 3D printing for rapid prototyping to test part designs before investing in full mold production.
Production
The final stage is production, where custom plastic parts are manufactured using state-of-the-art injection molding machines. Once parts cool they undergo any required secondary processes, such as trimming, assembly, or finishing.
