From functional fasteners to decorative embellishments, our custom injection molding services bring precision, quality, and creativity to apparel and textile manufacturing.

High-Quality Materials for Versatile Applications

We work with a variety of thermoplastics to suit different garment applications, offering materials with flexibility, durability, or rigidity based on your needs. For fasteners and closures, we ensure strength and reliability to withstand repeated use. For decorative pieces, we focus on detailed textures, custom finishes, and vibrant pigments that match your brand identity. Our ability to mold components with UV resistance, temperature tolerance, and enhanced wear properties ensures your products maintain their performance and look over time.

Prototyping to Large-Scale Production

Our comprehensive process takes your project from concept to completion. We start with prototyping, using precision molds and 3D printing to create samples for approval. Once the design is finalized, we scale production to meet your demand—whether it’s a small run for a limited-edition line or large-scale manufacturing for mainstream collections. Every component undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets your standards and delivers consistent performance.

We offer flexible production runs which are ieal for both niche fashion lines and large-scale apparel manufacturers, so contact us today to get started.

Our Process

PLANNING

Our process begins with a detailed planning phase to discuss your project goals and requirements. During this stage, our team will review your part’s intended application, functional specifications, and material preferences, including thermoplastics or other resins suitable for the job.

Prototyping

Prototyping transforms concepts into reality. This stage includes the development of precision molds, either through CNC machining or other advanced tooling processes. We may also use 3D printing for rapid prototyping to test part designs before investing in full mold production.

Production

The final stage is production, where custom plastic parts are manufactured using state-of-the-art injection molding machines. Once parts cool they undergo any required secondary processes, such as trimming, assembly, or finishing.
