We also offer Non-Disclosure Agreements as a standard practice to protect your intellectual property when required.

Prototyping

We offer comprehensive prototype services to help you test your part’s functionality and performance. We can create single-cavity prototypes in aluminum or steel and produce small quantities for evaluation. As your project scales, we seamlessly transition from prototype to full-cavity production tooling, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

Our team can also provide 3D-printed samples and prototype parts based on existing components or CAD-designed solid models. We deliver pricing comparisons for prototypes and full-scale production tools, along with part cost estimates for both processes.

With SolidWorks software, our mold development team is well-versed in 3D printing and mold building. We can import models from various formats to meet precise specifications. Once we have your concept, drawings, and requirements, our experienced staff will guide you through every step—from consulting and design, to prototype tooling development—to ensure the best possible product solution.
